We will be conducting our winter FastBridge benchmarking the first week of February. As was the case in the fall, we will be doing this remotely. Please remember that we want to see how well your child reads independently.
As the weather remains so cold, it's easier to set aside time to read! I would suggest that a time for reading be established for the whole family - pets included! Perhaps you could have your child draw a picture about what you have read together after reading!
I would like to reiterate that whether your child is receiving Wilson Fundations, (grade 1), Wilson Reading Instruction, (grades 2-5), or The Comprehension Toolkit, (grades 2-5), he/she is now receiving instruction routinely. Each of these programs is designed to meet the specific needs of your child.
